Book Recommendations: Winter 2020

Here are some recommendations that I've enjoyed over the last few months:

Kay's Anatomy: A Complete (and Completely Disgusting) Guide to the Human Body

Following the very popular ‘This is going to hurt’ and ‘The nightshift before Christmas’ this time Adam Kay looks at all things body and bodily functions. Very funny but maybe not for the weak hearted!

For adults and children too, though there maybe some sections requiring parental discretion! It can help you answer some of those difficult questions too.

The Doll Factory by Elizabeth Macneal.

If you enjoy darkly atmospheric Victorian gothic novels (like me! ) then this is for you! Read it if you dare! I couldn’t put it down!

The Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman!

What better reading recommendation for a Thursday than The Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman!

A group of amateur sleuths meet regularly to discover unsolved murders but then find themselves involved in a real live case.

It had be hooked.
